Nature Therapy
Recent studies have revealed that even the briefest exposure to natural settings and stimuli can lead to increased mental and physical relaxation. By temporarily returning out bodies, which are often overly stimulated by technology and modern society, back to our natural evolutionary roots, we can achieve numerous health benefits. Nature Therapy is a newer term that refers to such contact with nature.
